All display cabinets are delivered fully assembled. The glass shelves can be adjusted to your preferred height. They are always supplied separately, and the shelf supports can easily be set to the desired level using an Allen key.

The display cabinets include glass shelves and, where applicable, lighting. The number of glass shelves is specified in the product description (images may differ from the actual product).

The shelves in our display cabinets are adjustable (with a few exceptions). Most cabinets are fitted with block supports and an Allen screw, allowing you to set the shelves at your desired height.

The options you wish to add to your display cabinet can easily be selected with each product on our webshop. If you have other preferences that are not listed among the options, please give us a call — we’ll be happy to discuss what we can do for you.

Within the Netherlands and Belgium, delivery is included for easily accessible addresses, up to the first door on the ground floor (with exceptions such as the Wadden Islands). For deliveries to other countries, transport costs will be charged. In case of deviations from the above conditions, additional costs may apply.

The stated delivery times for our display cabinets apply from the moment SDB has received payment for the ordered products. Het aangeven aantal dagen is altijd gebaseerd op werkdagen dus geen zaterdagen, zondagen en feestdagen. Vitrinekasten die onder rembours geleverd worden moeten voor in ontvangst name volledig betaald zijn. Voor vitrines die niet direct leverbaar zijn zal de levertijd gemiddeld 4 tot 6 weken zijn. Na het versturen van uw bestelling ontvangt u een orderbevestiging met de verwachte levertijd. Na ontvangst van de verschuldigde bedragen ontvangt u een definitieve bevestiging van de leverweek. Standaard levering Kiest u voor deze standaard levering, dan worden de vitrines compleet gemonteerd (m.u.v. de legborden) geleverd achter de eerste deur van de begane grond. Het adres moet bereikbaar zijn met een vrachtwagen combinatie. Afhalen is mogelijk na overleg vooraf met SDB. Alle leveringen vinden plaats in een bepaalde leverweek. Voor Nederland wordt geen vrachtkosten in rekening gebracht, mits gebruik wordt gemaakt van de standaard levering. Leveringen zijn Franco binnen Nederland excl. de Waddeneilanden, vanaf een bestelwaarde van € 350,-. Levering naar andere landen is mogelijk tegen extra vrachtkosten toeslag. Let wel, voor leveringen op een verdieping kunnen extra kosten worden berekend. Dit is afhankelijk van het afleveradres en de bereikbaarheid van de verdieping (lift). Ook leveringen naar moeilijke bereikbare adressen kunnen extra kosten met zich mee brengen. Als hier vragen over zijn, kunt u altijd contact met ons opnemen. Afhalen fabriek Indien u in het bestel proces aangeeft de bestelde producten te willen afhalen bij ons centraal magazijn geld dat u deze na het voldoen van de verschuldigde bedragen kunt afhalen, na het maken van een afspraak. If you have a larger or highly specific project, we can of course visit you to discuss the details. In many cases, however, a visit to our factory works best — this allows us to show you certain features and options in person. Many of our display cabinets are also available for viewing here. Please contact us via the contact form or schedule an appointment.

Not completely satisfied with a received product, or is something wrong? We offer a 14-day reflection period for all our standard products (valid for consumers only). This means you can return your products within 14 days. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Products must be returned in their original packaging and must not show any signs of use. The return process works as follows: Send an email to info@sdb.nu including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please also indicate whether you would like a replacement item or a refund. Ship your display cabinet back to SDB. Once we have received your return, we will inspect the product. If the returned cabinet is received in good condition, we will either send a replacement or refund the purchase amount to your account. We do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. Our goal is to provide excellent service and respond quickly to any comments, suggestions, or complaints. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please send an email to info@sdb.nu to submit your complaint. You will receive a confirmation of receipt as soon as possible, after which we will contact you within two working days to discuss the next steps.
