Information about the Ordering Process

To place an order in our online shop, please follow these steps:

1. Find your product(s);

2. Add your product(s) to the shopping cart using the <<add to cart>> button;

3. In the next screen, you can choose to continue shopping, empty your cart, or modify your order;

4. If the products you selected are in the cart and you want to proceed, click <<Checkout>>;

5. Enter your personal details and select your preferred delivery and payment method;

6. Review your order and correct any input errors. If you forgot something, click <<Back to cart>>;

7. Place your order by clicking <<Buy (payment required)>>. You can click <<Print>> to print or save the order.

After placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. We also keep a copy of this order confirmation.
If you have lost your confirmation or would like to receive it again for any reason, we can resend it by email.
