This online shop is intended for information and sales purposes and is aimed at both businesses and private individuals (hereinafter referred to as the “consumer”).
It does not constitute a legally binding offer. All our quotations, agreements, and their execution are governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.

Terms for Businesses (Sales via Webshop)

In all cases where we act as supplier or manufacturer, the General Terms and Conditions for the Manufacture and Supply of Metal Products (AVVLM) apply to our quotations, assignments, and agreements.
These conditions are filed with the registry of the District Court of Midden-Nederland.

All agreements concluded with us are subject to the General Webshop Terms and Conditions 2022 of SDB Vitrinebouw B.V.

The stated delivery times for our display cabinets are confirmed in an order confirmation once payment for the ordered products has been received by SDB Vitrinebouw B.V.
The number of delivery days always refers to working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

For display cabinets that are not immediately available, the average delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once payment has been received, you will receive a final confirmation of the delivery week.

Changes or cancellations of orders made after the order confirmation date will incur a minimum charge of €115, depending on the production status.

Quality Guarantee

All products in our webshop come with a 2-year quality guarantee from SDB Vitrinebouw B.V.
This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects only and does not include any damage resulting from wear, glass breakage, or parts subject to normal use.
The quality guarantee does not apply to consequential damage, loss, or intentional damage.

Standard Delivery

Our display cabinets are delivered fully assembled and placed behind the first door on the ground floor.
You will need to adjust the shelves to the desired height yourself, and depending on the model, the sliding doors may still need to be positioned correctly within the cabinet.

Changes

SDB Vitrinebouw B.V. reserves the right to make minor design or detail changes without prior notice.
Small variations in color or dimensions are always possible.
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change and typographical errors.
